Amazing Secret Revealed..How You Can Get Fit and Improve Your Health!

How you can get fit and improve your wellbeing. 

It's easy and here's how...

So you want to get in shape and start feeling better? I am going to give you a no-brainer easy way to start and it will take little effort but does take a commitment. I want you to remember this “Garbage in garbage out”, no matter what you do in the gym, you will not make any huge improvements if you do not supply your body with the proper nutrition. If you are a junk food addict, then its time to change your habit because you actually are what you eat and you what you eat will determine your quality of life in the later years, either comfortable and healthy or painful and health complications. 

So, how do you lose those unwanted pounds and/or improve your wellbeing like improved hair, skin and nails, or improved blood pressure and cholesterol levels? It will be accomplished by what we put into our body and you don't have to buy any supplements or magic potions. All you will need is a decent juicer (preferably masticating but if you have a centrifugal one, thats okay for now). If you don't have a juicer you can pick up a decent masticating juicer from $200-$300 from Lexen, Omega or Hurom to get started (my favourite is the Super Angel at $1100 or Norwalk at $2800. if you can afford either of these juicers they are the best). "But I don't have the time to juice" well then you really can't afford not to make the time which takes as much time or actually less then it does to prepare an artery clogging breakfast. You can actually prepare your juice ahead of time and store in the refrigerator for use the next day.  

I am going to show you how to make your juicing experience taste great and improve your fitness level almost immediately. You see, almost everyone who starts juicing gets a juicer, runs off to the super market, buys everything they can think of and then gets home and juices all the fruits and vegetables together and then yikes...it tastes horrible and you think "I just spent good money for this". This is not the way to start. I am going to provide you with a few simple ingredients and then you be the judge. You will see how this can be a great experience and not only that, it won't cost you much money at all compared to what it will cost if you don't. Actually it will cost you less than the health care costs you will have to endure if you don't change now.
I will be suggesting that you take a small variety of fruits and vegetables to start with on this journey to improved health and wellbeing so that you get the variety of vitamins and nutrients that your body requires. I would like you to use organic however If organic is not available to you don’t worry about it too much. Wash your fruits and veggies in a mixture of 8 cups of water with 3 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide and 3 tablespoons of baking soda to get them clean of any pesticide residue or you can purchase a veggie wash solution that can do the trick as well or you can simply peel them when that is an option such as citrus fruits, cucumbers etc..  Rinse your fruits and veggies well after cleaning with these solutions before using. 

Note, if you are presently on any type of blood thinner then in the beginning you should not be juicing vegetables that have a blood thickening effect such as kale, cabbage, asparagus, spinach and green beans or lettuce right now. We will reintroduce them later when you get your blood pressure under control (and you will get your blood pressure to normalize if you give your body the chance to do so when you provide it with the proper nutrients).  Eventually we will add these ingredients in once your blood returns to normal and you are off the blood thinners. 

If you do have any concerns or complications with regards to heart decease, I recommend you get a copy of "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease" by Dr. Caldwell B. EsselstynBased on the groundbreaking results of his twenty-year nutritional study, Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn  illustrates that a plant-based, oil-free diet will not only prevent the progression of heart disease but can in most cases also reverse its effects.  Dr. Esselstyn is an internationally known surgeon, researcher and former clinician at the Cleveland Clinic. It will be a life saver. I recommended Dr. Esselstyn's book to a doctor friend of mine and he has since realized how much he was never taught at medical school. He was on two blood thinning medications and now is no longer taking them thanks to Dr Esselstyn's book and advice. 

When you start your journey I will be recommending that you juice one (1) green apple and three (3) large carrots at least twice a day for the first week. I prefer that you drink the juice right after juicing the vegetables, but if you prefer to do your juicing only once a day, then you can juice enough extra and store it in a tightly sealed mason jar and drink the juice later that day or the next morning. I would like to make it clear that if you are presently consuming a lot of processed foods and sugars that you may want to stop to give yourself a fighting chance. Remember “Just because you’re not sick doesn’t mean you’re healthy”. If you will give your body a chance and abstain from any processed foods, reduce or eliminate sugar and white flour products so you can see and feel the benefits. Give it a week and see how you feel. 

I will first share a story with you about my experience and why I decided to challenge myself  to make a change in my lifestyle. I thought I was a pretty healthy eater but after one of my yearly physicals I was told by my doctor that he some concern about my cholesterol levels and that it was okay but he still had a little concern. My father then started having issues with his blood pressure and was told by his physician that he should be changing his diet as a concern that diabetes was creeping up. I came a cross the documentary called Food Matters and after watching the documentary I began to take an interest in what I was consuming. I looked at what I was eating and how it was effecting me and thought maybe this is the reason I was sluggish in the mornings and that I was extremely tired halfway through the day. I started to uncover some amazing evidence that made me take my food consumption more seriously that it changed my life. I started reading more about juicing and improving my nutrient intake and listening to the advice of experts like Dr Esselstyn, T. Collin Campbell, Dr Max Gearson and his daughter Charlotte Gearson, David Wolfe and others. My journey began with my first juicer that I spent two hundred dollars on. I then decided I was going to take this seriously and pony upped a thousand dollars and bought the Super Angel juicer which was awesome. I was now a full fledged juicer, I reduced my animal fat intake by eliminating chicken and beef from my diet. I began a journey of somewhat of a vegetarian diet (my friend said I was a flexitarian whatever that meant). My next physical started to show real improvements and that got me so excited I decided to to become a full fledged vegetarian and gave up fish as well. I have many doctor friends that are well respected in their specific area of medical care and I found it interesting that they were all either vegetarians or vegans. This made me think about my decision even more and made me feel that I was on the right track because they must know something.

I began to start losing body fat about a week later and felt like I needed more. I was now hooked on health, I was determined. I lost the 15 lbs and I was feeling better in just 3 months and I was no longer lethargic when getting up in the mornings. My friends were commenting on how much better I looked.  after a year on this new path, everyone started commenting of how they thought I was 10 years younger than I actually was. I usually booked a facial every so often and the aesthetician commented on how my skin improve incredibly. There was a time I did feel ill for a short period but this was my body eliminating the harmful toxins that I had accumulated over the years. This happened a couple times for a short period but in the first year but ever since I have not been ill at all. 

When ever you are juicing and find a certain vegetable juice difficult to drink, try adding cucumber or ginger. I periodically add orange to a beet juice to get rid of the earthy flavour. Start juicing with your favourite vegetables that you like and not so much with fruit to get the most nutrient benefits. If you can juice wheatgrass periodically I would highly recommend it because of the nutrients and plant fibre it contains. I usually add it to my freshly squeezed orange or apple juice.
