HEALTHY JUICE RECIPE - The Any Time Cocktail!

  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 apples
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 5 kale leaves

Parsley is a blood purifier. It is also a diuretic, and very good for the kidneys. Parsley builds the blood and stimulates brain activity.
Cucumber is a cooling food and is a wonderful digestive aid. Cucumbers also contain silica, which is found in every cell of the body.
Lemon helps clean the kidneys and the liver, and breaks up acid and mucous in the body.
Oranges are loaded with vitamin C, which helps the skin maintain its elasticity.
Apples are an alkaline food and contain an abundant supply of vitamins.
Celery contains a natural sodium that helps balance the sugar in fruits and/or carrots that may be in different juices. Celery has been referred to as a 'youth maintainer' in the body by many herbalists.
