How to make your juicing taste great!

Juicing is a great way to get improve your overall well being. You can improve many deficiencies in your body by supplying it with the proper nutrients. The body can heal itself when provided the proper nutrients. You can lose weight, improve memory, look 10 years younger and more just because you decided to juice and get the necessary nutrients you were lacking. You will probably be able to stop buying supplements now that you are getting all the vitamins in their best form from food.


The most common mistake in juicing is combining the wrong ingredients and creating a awful tasting drink. I know, I used to do that. I would put everything I had in the juicer and then plug my nose and drink it. Now I know better. I have spent years studying juicing from the type of juicer you should use to the many different recipes. 

Here are some useful tips.

1. Try recipes that are online or on this site and see how the different combinations taste together. 
2. Use a masticating juicer not a centrifugal juicer. Masticating juicers do not create heat and maintain the vitamin integrity. The centrifugal juicers create heat and kill vitamins as do high speed blenders.
3. Try to drink your juice immediately after juicing. If you want to store it, get a mason jar and fill it to the top and place it in the refrigerator for up to two days. 
4. Use organic fruits and vegetables.
