How to Improve Digestion, Increase Energy and Look and Feel Great Naturally!

How to relieve heartburn, indigestion and digestive complications

Do feel that you have problems with stomach acid or your poor digestion? It was really disturbing to see a recent report that announced antacid sales top $10 billion (ten billion dollars) in sales annually. Heartburn, acid reflux, indigestion and stomachaches plague about a third of the population in the U.S. Antacids will reduce your acid indigestion but will also block HCL from doing its part in the digestive process and adversely effect the body's ph balance and block good bacteria. It can be very harmful to the body. So why is this happening? How can you relieve yourself of these complications? How do you do this naturally? Well what I am about to reveal to you may be shocking news but don't take it lightly,  if you take the advice given here it may save or extend your life.

There are a few reasons why we have these digestive complications and the good news is they may be correctable in most cases.  Now there is also the fact that as we age our stomach acid (hydrochloric acid (HCL)) production decreases. HCL protects us from harmful bacteria in the body and breaks down proteins, carbohydrates and fats and stimulates the production of digestive enzymes and bile by the pancreas. The lack of enzymes in the types of food choices (such as processed or refined foods) also may cause many of these complications.  Manufacturers and processors of many of popular foods have decided to prolong the shelf life of food and have removed fats and nutrients in order to do so. During the processing of these foods they destroyed the enzymes that aid your body’s digestive system in breaking down foods we consume and also are required in order to digest the food efficiently. This processing has also removed important nutrients and good fats that are essential to the body may be are one of the  reasons you may be experiencing indigestion and other related digestive complications. The reasons above are just compounded by other factors like the consumption of alcohol, carbonated drinks, tobacco, sugar, salty snacks, fatty foods, dairy, instant foods, processed and hydrogenated foods that all put an enormous amount of stress on the digestive system.  Your emotional stress levels also play a roll in causing minor digestive problems, but the good news again is that these conditions are correctable. Give the body the proper nutrients and it will heal itself!

The digestive system includes the mouth, esophagus, stomach, liver, pancreas, gallbladder and intestines. The body’s digestive system requires certain nutrients to operate efficiently. If you ensure that you provide the right nutrients, you can have many benefits from it such as increased energy, fat loss, improved skin conditions, look and feel better every day.
I am going to recommend you try juicing. It is an easy no brainer way to get all the nutrients you require. Ill make it really simple for you, juice one celery stick, one apple, one beet, two carrots and a small piece of ginger each day in the morning for a week to start. In week two do this twice a day. By the end of two weeks you will see vast improvements in most people. Give this routine 3 months and you will be a different person. Why 3 months? Well after 120 days our red blood cells renew themselves and after 3-4 months our entire blood renews. Read the post on this site about juicing and what type of juicer to use.

Now you can change your recipes up so you are not drinking the same old thing every day. You don’t have to stick to just those foods that I have mentioned. I have listed a few more below and there are more in the juicing section on this site. If you have any of the complications mention here, use only organic or pesticide free fruits and vegetables.
