19 ANTI-AGING TIPS THAT MAY HELP YOU LOOK 10 YEARS YOUNGER

19 ANTI-AGING tips that may help you look 10 years younger.

Here are a few suggestions that should help you look younger and maintaining that youthful look. 
  1. Drink one - two litres of water each day. Drink throughout the day.
  2. Include leafy green vegetables in your diet with every meal, and/or try juicing your vegetables and drinking them throughout the day. Check out the post about juicing on our well & wild website.
  3. Avoid animal fats, hydrogenated oils and junk food (i.e. sugars, sweets, chocolate etc.)
  4. Avoid caffeine, nicotine and excessive alcohol. These substances are the worst with respect to aging. 
  5. Take a high quality multi-vitamin and mineral supplement that is capsulated, preferably in a veggie-cap. 
  6. Get enough sleep at night to feel rested in the morning. If you experience insomnia or occasionally have trouble sleeping you may want to look into using melatonin. You can also try consuming a high quality whey protein before going to bed. 
  7. Cleanse and moisturize your face in the morning and evening. 
  8. Do stretching exercises for your whole body and do some form of  cardiovascular exercise.
  9. Use sunscreen on your skin when you are in the sun.
  10. Always wash your hands before touching your face.
  11. Mist your face with water several times a day. 
  12. Include soy foods in your diet
  13. Keep your face and body exfoliated.
  14. Use gentle cleansers on face and liquid gels for bathing. 
  15. Update your clothing... don’t wear clothes that are outdated. Get new fresh younger looking clothing.

For Women:
