- 3 romain leaves,
 - 3 beet top leaves,
 - 1/4 green pepper,
 - 3 lettuce leaves,
 - 2 sprigs watercress,
 - 2 endive leaves,
 - 2 swiss chard leaves,
 - 3 cabbage leaves,
 - 2 escarole leaves,
 - 1 large or 2 small granny smith green apples
 - 1" knob of ginger (optional)
 - 1 lime (optional)
 
This may not be the best tasting drink you have made but it will definitely be the powerful for nutrients. Store the extra juice in an 8 oz mason jar tightly sealed and refrigerate for later.
